The team of chef's at the Best Western West Retford hotel have a huge amount of experience. With mixed cultures ranging from English, Sri Lankan and even Thai; between them we believe they provide some of the best food in the area.

 

We use local farmers and butchers and insist on only the best british beef. Sourcing suppliers locally is good practice and better for the environment.
