Meeting and Conference rooms
We have a total of six meeting rooms and can cater for groups of any size up to 160. Every room has natural daylight and the Shelley Ballroom and Grove Suite are air-conditioning.
Flexible syndicate rooms are available which are conveniently located adjacent to training rooms. Please see the panel below for specifications and dimensions of each room, together with maximum capacities.
However, traditional does not mean old fashioned! We can offer you up to the minute technology, including dedicated computer lines, full black out facilities, closed circuit television and computeriesed projection facilities. Let us know what you need and we will arrange it for you in a cost-effective tailormade package.

We take the strain out of organising your event. Whether you simply require a simple room for a small meeting or interviews, or you have a major event lasting several days, our events co-ordinators will be pleased to make all the necessary arrangements for you.

Standard meeting and conference packages
Standard 8-hour day delegate rate : £38.00 per head includes:
- Main meeting room hire
- Arrival refreshments, morning break, afternoon break
- Two course hot and cold buffet lunch or a working finger buffet lunch. This can be served either in one of our restaurants or in a meeting room, according to your requirements.
- Hire of overhead projector, screen and flipchart
- Mineral waters, cordials, boiled sweets and delegate stationary
24 hour hour residential delegate package : £150.00 per person, includes:
- All of the 8-hour day delegate items detailed above
- Overnight accommodation with one room per delegate
- Full traditional English breakfast
- Three course table d'hote dinner with coffee
