Dear Sir,
This lunch time a friend and I had lunch at your hotel to celebrate my 76th birthday. It was our first visit there, We opted to dine in the bar. My purpose in writing is to say how much we enjoyed our lunch and how friendly and helpful Craig was. He and the barman were great! Please also thank the person in the kitchen who wrote "Happy Birthday" in chocolate on my plate. Congratulations on such well motivated staff.
