We guarantee your bedroom to be ready by 2.00pm and ask that you please help us to honour this undertaking for subsequent guests by observing the check out time of 11.00am on the morning of departure.

 

Our no smoking policy ensures that the West Retford Hotel is always a pleasant place to spend time. Cots and Z Beds are available, at a charge of £10 per night, including breakfast.

All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones, Wi-Fi Internet, Freeview TV or Pay Movies, drinks tray and coffee/tea facilities.

 

All bedrooms are located in either the Georgian Building or the Cottage Building. Please note there is no lift. Please ask if you require a ground floor room.

The room rates for bed and breakfast are set out below. Please ask if you require and dinner, bed & breakfast package. A set TDH menu is available at £20.95.

Rates are per room per night and include VAT and a complimentary newspaper.

Deposit

It is required that all reservations are confirmed by a letter, fax, e-mail or on receipt of a credit card deposit. We request a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night booked. This can be paid by cheque or credit card.

 

Evening Meals

Guests wishing to take half board should add £16.50 per person to the above rates, if pre booked for duration of stay. Guests on half board terms will not receive an allowance for meals not taken. Feel free to alternate between half board and A' La Carte menus. An allowance of £16.50 is credited to the a' la carte account.

 

Hotel guests who opt to stay on bed and breakfast terms are welcome to dine in the Chatsworth Bar, or our Candlewicks Restaurant where a fixed price four course menu is available priced £20.95.

Animals

Guests are welcome to bring their dogs to stay in their rooms. There is a charge of £20 per dog per night. Guests are asked not to allow their dogs into the public areas in the hotel and not to leave them unattended in their rooms.
