We are fully licensed to hold civil weddings and now licensed to hold civil partnerships here at the hotel, either in one of our different suites or in our beautiful landscaped gardens where you can marry under our romantic pagoda .
In order to marry at The West Retford Hotel you need to:
- Call the West Retford hotel to check we are able to accommodate your wedding or partnership ceremony on your required date?
- Contact your Registrar’s office to provisionally book a Registrar to perform your ceremony or partnership.
- Contact the events office at the West Retford Hotel and let us know you have booked the Registrar.
- At this stage we will require an idea of how many guests will be attending and will provisionally book the rooms required for your ceremony and reception.
- Arrange to meet with us to confirm your reception. A non refundable deposit of £500 is required.
All other details for your special day can be discussed nearer the date.
We will then make all the arrangements with you to ensure you have a wonderful, special day. Further information is available in the Nottinghamshire County Council leaflet available from the Registrar’s office.
