The best Restaurants, it is said, always have the best House Wine. Fortunately, our search has not been in vain, and we are proud to offer the CUVEE CHAUMIERE Selection.

True there are some cheap, thin and unpleasant Vin de Table made, but Chaumiere is a perfect example of how good it can be. Unrestricted by A.C. law, the negotiant is able to blend wine from any grape, from any region.

Cuvée Chaumiere shows the advantages this provides to a skilled wine maker. The elegant Sauvignon, blended with the warm southern Rousanne and Marsanne, gives the wine its full body and the addition of a touch of Chardonnay - it's crisp nose and ripe finish.
