Civil Ceremonies

We are delighted to offer the facility to hold your Civil Ceremony at our hotel. A number of designated and licensed suites accommodating from 2 to 160 guests are available, all of which have just the right level of formality and sense of occasion.

Arrangements will need to be made by yourself with Retford Registry Office – 03005008080 (You pay the registrars directly for their services).
The Pagoda – Imagine the most extravagant and romantic outdoor wedding ceremony, lighting and music are fitted beneath the dome and the garden pathway is the grandest of aisles for you to walk down. One of our function suites will be used in conjunction with the pagoda for your wedding reception (in cases of bad weather the function suite used for your reception will be used for your ceremony). Our wedding venue is close to Retford, Lincoln, Worksop & Doncaster in the heart of Nottinghamshire!

Entertainment

Our resident DJ is available to hire at a cost of £375.00 until midnight.
Sensational Lights N Sounds is an award winning, professional and reliable DJ entertainment
company based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Venue Dressing
Our venue dresser is Bridget from Keith Woods Weddings & Events,
she supplies our chair covers and can also assist in all other venue dressing for your special day!
Keith Woods Weddings and Events can supply everything you will need for your event from venue styling and table decor to twinkle backdrops, flower wall backdrops, dance floors, illuminated letters and illuminated love heart, blossom trees and blossom canopy trees. We have a stunning 2m Moon gate and Shimmer Love Letters.
