Civil Ceremonies

We are delighted to offer the facility to hold your Civil Ceremony at our hotel. A number of designated and licensed suites accommodating from 2 to 160 guests are available, all of which have just the right level of formality and sense of occasion.

Arrangements will need to be made by yourself with Retford Registry Office – 0115 804 2994 (You pay the registrars directly for their services).

The Pagoda – Imagine the most extravagant and romantic outdoor wedding ceremony, be greeted by your husband to be, waiting for you inside a most stunning wedding pagoda. Lighting and music are fitted beneath the dome and the garden pathway is the grandest of aisles for you to walk down. One of our function suites will be used in conjunction with the pagoda for your wedding reception (in cases of bad weather the function suite used for your reception will be used for your ceremony). Our wedding venue is close to Retford, Lincoln, Worksop & Doncaster in the heart of Nottinghamshire!

Entertainment

​

Our resident DJ is available to hire at a cost of £350.00 until midnight.

If you wish to provide your own disco there is an administration charge of £75.00

Chair Covers

​

Chair covers are available to order through the hotel, if you wish to provide your own chair covers,

there will be a supplement of £75.00

The hotel offers 63 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities a preferential accommodation rate is

available for all your guests wishing to stay at the hotel
